PERONI PROCESS DIAPHRAGM PUMPS

Description

The concept of a triplex diaphragm pump for process consists of a fixed stroke of a plunger where the process liquid is handled by means of a diaphragm actuated by an intermediate fluid.

The reciprocating movement of the plunger displaces the oil contained in a chamber, moving a diaphragm housed in the front end of the pump. The process fluid is sucked in and discharged by the alternate flexing of the diaphragm which prevents the process fluid from coming into contact with other parts of the pump and with the atmosphere.

The process diaphragm pumps are a version of the TITANO and PTO / PQO / PSO plunger pump series and use the drive and body in contact with the liquid with hydraulically actuated diaphragms.

This solution is used to handle dangerous fluids, when strict environmental regulations have to be met and when the option of free dripping from the plunger is not an accepted solution within the project requirements.
