Description
Efaflu EN733 and ISO2858 centrifugal pumps for thermal fluids are manufactured in Portugal, with a history of more than 70 years in the manufacture of pumps. In its facilities it has an R + D + I department equipped with state-of-the-art tools for the improvement of its equipment and the development of new equipment, as well as its test bench to carry out operational tests in its own facilities.
Our centrifugal pumps for thermal fluids are a unique Efaflu design, the absence of gaskets prevents shaft wear, instead a ceramic or tungsten carbide bearing is installed in the back cover of the volute, this guarantees a balanced rotation. Throughout the whole, the finned bearing support allows the temperature of its interior to dissipate, so the fluid that reaches the mechanical seal is less than in the process and thus we can use a simple mechanical seal to handle fluids up to 300ºC.
The HT series of pumps can be manufactured with measurements according to EN733 (DIN 24255) or ISO2858, which allows interchangeability with other brands without having to modify the existing piping installation.
Our EN733 horizontal centrifugal pumps can pump flow rates up to 300 m3 / h and heads up to 130 m.c.a. The maximum temperature for water is 180ºC and for thermal fluids 300ºC.
